This 6 week series will guide participants in the basic practices of meditation. These essential techniques will allow participants to develop the skills and understanding of how simple techniques can be used to;
- counter stress and anxiety,
- increase focus and mental clarity and
- develop the basis for a personal meditation practice.
Participants will also be provided with one on one personal coaching with guidance on deepening their personal inner journey.

Chris Simmonds has been practicing meditation for 40 years and been a certified instructor for 18 years. Students will appreciate his experience, insight and gentle guidance.
