Join us each week for our lunch hour class on Wednesdays at Noon to practice mindfulness, gentle movement, and guided meditation to discover your unbounded self. Our weekly sessions include simple yoga stretches (no yoga props necessary), breathing exercises, chanting and a guided meditation.
