Sadhana Shivir starts with 30 minutes of chanting (and movement) followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation. This is repeated each hour.
Akhanda Kiirtan is continuous chanting. Individuals will break off to meditate in the same room as they are inspired to do. Gradually the energy builds and the session will end in silent meditation.
Avarta Kiirtan is a chant to the six directions followed by a short meditation.
